Termination policy and refund conditions
Ending the Contract:
- Either Nadezhda Ventures or the client can end the contract with a 15-day written notice.
- If you prefer a longer notice period, we're happy to accommodate, as long as both sides agree to it.
Refunds:
- If the employee’s performance isn’t up to standard, we’ll issue a full refund.
- If the work is okay but not quite what you expected, we’ll only charge for the days worked and refund the rest.
Employee Replacement:
- Not satisfied with the assigned employee? We can replace them, and any remaining balance can be used as credit for the new hire.
- Just let us know as soon as possible, ideally within the first week, if there are any issues.
Other Important Points:
- If we don’t hear from you after a reasonable amount of time, we’ll assume the work is going well
- If you decide to end the contract later, the agreed notice period (either 30 days or a longer one if chosen) will apply.
